turning 30 and its time for a change

Hi I'm Nicole just recently turned 30 on 03/16 on 03/10 I started taking phentermine I'm taking 37.5mg a day 5 days a week on 3/20 I went in for a check-up and had already lost a total of 8lbs. My friends,family, & boyfriend are an amazing support group but I also need people who are going thru the same thing to talk to which is why I joined this :)
