Looking for friends with a plan similar to mine!

Hi guys, I'm new to myfitnesspal and I am trying a diet that I feel is actually working for me so far. I am cutting out breads, rices, pastas (basically anything white). I'm ok with beans (although not overdoing it) and trying to stick to smaller amounts of meat (I usually eat more meat than a T-Rex) and up my veggie and fruit intake. The only nuts I'm eating are almonds (and a much smaller amount than normally because I overdo it on those too). My exercise consists of anything my boyfriend tells me to do each day (although he's very lenient). I'm looking for a buddy to keep me on track to help me make sure I'm exercising and sticking to my diet. Also, I think it'd be nice to be able to give each other advice. I am 169.5 lbs (as of this morning) and 5'0. My goal is to be 125lbs and I have a long way to go. Girls only please as women and men do not lose weight the same way and I need a friend who encounters the same struggles as I do, but also has the same amount of motivation to lose weight as I do. :)

    I eat similar to you, check out my diary, I'm a lot older than you and lose a lot slower, but I do eat similar, white food no way
  • I did something similar when I lived in Guam, it worked fantastic for me! I lost close to 70 lbs. I'm watching my white carb intake now, but I still enjoy them from time to time. Feel free to add me if you'd like. I could always use more motivation!
