Any powerhoopers?

I used to do a powerhoop class and loved it and saw good results but now I have moved and no longer can attend. I bought a powerhoop kit complete with DVD and weight gloves a while bacl but have not used it once. Anyone have this kit and can tell me if they found good results? If not I may sell and invest the money in other classes. Also anyone know what kind of calories are burned?
