Flabby Arms

Okay for years I've always had flabby arms no to confuse with the game flappy birds lol. What is a good way to loose these flabbiness? Seems the workout I'm doing is help but feel like I'm not seeing no change. Any suggestions?

Time to start some heavy lifting. As you lose body fat and work your muscles the overall effect should be to lose the flappy arms effect. make sure you are eating at a calorie deficit so you continue to lose body fat.0 -
I have Bingo arms too but sadly mine run in the family. My gram is a size 0 and still has them... my mom even had them in her twenties and she was only 110 pounds then.
I lift weights using video's on youtube.com. They have several on there that are working well for me. Granted I still have bingo wings but they are toning up not that I'm seeing much of a difference either but the measurements say otherwise.
