Bloating advice

So today I did not eat particularly well. I would not say binge, but I over did it on the carbs. This whole week I feel I haven't been paying close enough attention to portion sizes, just been really busy. After today though I feel bloated and icky and I haven't felt like this in weeks and I hate it, I'm shocked I miss my tedious diet haha! I would like to try detoxing to get myself back on track because I've felt less energized and again just blah! I know lemon water is good for detoxing and in the future will make wiser decisions but is there anything I'm missing to help me feel better in a 24 hour span? Oh and I will get yoga in tomorrow with cardio. Thanks for advice guys! And add me I need friends :)
