Vit B6 Toxicity

Hi,
I've just come back from getting my latest Bloods results.. and my Vit B6 (P5P) result is 570 nmol/L (normal = 35-110)
my last test in Sept last year was also called "high" but I never got the number from the dr.
They call this "Vit B6 Toxicity" and because VitB is a water soluble vitamin it is usually flushed out of the system on a regular basis.. so it usually the result of long term overdose of Supplements containing VitB..
So the only cure the dr could suggest is to stop taking supplements with VitB in them... but the thing is.. I have NEVER taken a VitB supplement. (i wont even drink sports / energy drinks that contain it)
What I do take is magnesium and zinc (and have been for a year) which are both supposed to help the system process VitB6 through.. I also take VitD, but thats cause I'm a geek and never in the sun..
Also, I'm pretty sure its not the foods I am eating - as most of the foods high in VitB6 I am allergic to or not eating due to dietary restraints.. eg Seafood, Bananas, Gluten , yeast, starchy veggies.. and up until the last few weeks i was not even eating commercial breakfast cereals)
Has any one else had experience with this I have no idea what could have but these levels up???
