Okay, I'm little confused. I'm currently upp-ing my calories to maintance (from 1200 now I'm at 1400).
I'm 19 years old, female. Weight - 51 kg. Height - 165 cm. I calculated my TDEE (http://iifym.com/tdee-calculator/) - Your TDEE is: 1767 CALORIES/DAY. But when I changed my settings on MFP to maintaince, it gave me 1600 calories. So which one do I follow? Is TDEE including workouts? Also, now when I'm on maintance do I eat my exercise calories? I workout 4 times x week (30 mins, elliptical trainer)

Same as when you were losing weight MFP gave you a calorie goal plus exercise calories. That you choose not to eat them back really means you have effectively been on the TDEE method all along.
Your recent speed of weight loss wil give you the best guide on what your eventual maintenance calories turn out to be.
Congrats on getting to goal. :flowerforyou:0 -
