hi all i am new to this, so any advise would be good.
i do alot of fitness already 6 to 7 days a week, hard training i.e boxing, kickboxing, cage fighting, but when im not in training for a fight i eat and i like to go to the pub and have a drink at the weekends. my biggest downfall is bread (i love it). at the minute i am cutting out the drink but can anyone give any good eating diets for me to be able to train hard but lose me weight thanks very much.   • Hi there, Neil. Working out has never been my problem either, I love to train. Food however, holds an equal place in my heart. I'd start off with not changing much in your diet but logging EVERYTHING you eat. That way you will be able to see your pattern and downfalls and go from there. It's a good place to start, and fairly painless. ;)

    thanks very much for the advise, i think this will work alot better by writing everything down that i eat or drink, and seeing where i can eat less, also running alot more aswel and not jumping in the car everywhere. thanks again.
