How do people keep on track during parties, because I feel constantly pressured to have those extra lollies or drink that can of coke that I would refuse otherwise. Hw do you guys do it?

I make it fit...I prefer diet coke so that isn't an issue and if I want a cupcake I eat it...as long as I am in a deficet I am good...even if I am at maintenance I consider it a win.0
