I eat pretty healthy, but when I look at my nutrition log I'm always short on fiber. What is your favorite fiber rich food?

Avocado! So creamy and delicious, they make any meal 10 times better. Of course, they are packed with calories so you have to be careful.

I eat 1 1/2 portions Fiber one 6j0 for breakfast (21 g Fiber). I think, it is the most fiber, any food can have.

    All Bran Buds in yogurt!
  • I usually get my fiber from oatmeal, fruit (mostly berries and apples), and whole grain bread and tortillas. Popcorn is also a high fiber snack. If I'm low on fiber for the day I'll have a 90 calorie Fiber One brownie bar, which are pretty delicious.

    Quest Bars for the win!

Raspberries are a great source of fiber as well, with a lower carb count than most fruit!

I personally detest Quest Bars LOL - the stevia sweetener leaves a horrid aftertaste in my mouth (this happens to a small percentage of people - lucky meeeee!!!!!!!!! :brokenheart: )

I agree on raspberries though, I love them and have them in my yogurt almost every morning. :drinker:

Celery for the crunch. 3 ft of celery dipped into private selection cucumber dill yogurt dip. 2 cups of food only 60 calories. I also put a stick of celery in my wraps, again for that great crunch. Also love a navel orange or a ruby red grapefruit , ice cold.
