Hello! Coming back to MFP

Good Morning!

I have been on and off. I really could use some support and friends. I am not necessarily overweight, but I would like to lose 10 pounds and tone up a lot. Clean eating is very hard for me. I am a pastry chef so I am surrounded every day and my job does require me to taste sweets. However, I often "snack" at work and nibble on a cookie during the day. I need to stop habits like that.

    10 seems so easy, but so hard too. I do great and lose 3-4 pounds and then i slowly gain it back. I was struggling with the weight number when I started doing more strength training (I know the scale isn't everything, but I like to see the numbers go down)
