HOW did you quit your horrible SNACKING habit?

By trying to determine if I was actually hungry or just thirsty! One thing that saved me is to have a tiny portion of the food I am craving. If I don't have what I am craving I will nibble on everything else - those calories can add up to more than a sample of the craved food.0

If you can't break the habit of snacking, subsitute the snack with something healthy. My whole weight loss regime is based off subsitution. If you have to snack, pick a healthy sub.0

I did not stop snacking - I just tried to replace the chips and salsa, or handful of nuts, cheese, cookies etc with healthier options
Here are some foods that work for me - less than 200 calories and filling.
1 - Boca Burger, cut up vegies and salsa for less than 200 calories and very filling.
2 - have a low calorie smoothie - spinach, almond milk, flax seed, strawberries - around 100 calories
3 - quaker oatmeal with blueberries - 200 calories
4 - greek yogurt with chia seeds and fruit
5 - hummus with cucumbers and carrots0 -
Sugar free mini altoids! I go thru about 30 a day for 15 calories. That and lots of water!0
