How do people log in the exercise after working out with this Jillian video??

    I just got the Polar FT4 and use that to put in the correct calories under circuit training.

    Yup, I put it in as 30 minutes of circuit training, its pretty close to what the average person would burn in the video. I'm on day 14 today!

    I wear a heart rate monitor to determine the calories I burned and then create my own exercise to log. The calories burned isn't as high as you would think, so be careful logging it as circuit training, especially since MFP database usually overestimates calories burned. Heart rate monitor is the most accurate, if you have one or can buy one. If not, then I would assume you're only burning about 75% of what MFP tells you, to be on the safe side.
