Besides the usual fruits and carrot sticks...When I want an actual "treat/snack"

I found some 100 calorie packs of almonds which are really good (they come in flavors such as vanilla roast)

I also find Fage Greek yogurt really fills me up (the 0 fat w/fruit is 120 calories)

Pistachios (I always have at-least a few already portioned out servings in zip lock bags )

This sounds like my snack plan. :) I also dig those 80 calorie string cheeses and clementines. Pair up some hummus with sliced cucumbers too.
  • A pack of snack-size strawberry pocky. Only 70 calories and satisfies my sweet cravings. (:

My recent favorites are kale chips and Fiber One brownies, both under 100 calories. At exactly 100 calories are Vitalicious muffin tops and Healthy Choice fudge bars--- I think both are delicious and taste "real".

The usual raw veggies & hummus ...... almonds or cheesestick and Granny Smith apple ......

Also a Fiber One bar with a cup of coffee ...... they're small, but satisfy my sweet tooth ..... 90 cals each :drinker:

I had granola. Typically my snacks have more protein than that though.

Yesterday I had an egg white omelet with spinach, tomatoes and cheddar, a VitaTops muffin top, and some of the Naturebox snacks. The day before it was breakfast biscuits from Nature Valley.
