    You look great! I love your pics...I'm assuming their both taken in Greece (looks like Santorini and the Acropolis to me)! I lived in Athens for a couple of years and your pictures make me miss it :sad: Congratulations! :smile:

    Thank you so much. I'm glad I posted these because I wasn't so proud of myself, but I'm getting over this now.The fat guy in the picture doesn't live here anymore :-)

    Both pictures are in Greece: The first is at Tinos island and the second is at Ancient Nemea near Mycenae, where Hercules killed the lion.

    Yes the bike is my exercise partner. There's an mfp cycling club that I follow here.
    I lost the weight by keeping track of my calories, by exercising more and by sticking to this since February. It takes time to gain weight and it takes time to lose it
