YEs. The MFP model gives you a goal that plans for your weight loss.
That said most methods of measuring exercise calories are prone to some error so many only eat back a proportion to account for the errors.0 -
Yes, a lot of people say to not eat them all back depending on how yours are being calculated, but if i'm hungry i do. I'd rather go over by 100 calories now than be starving the next day and binge and eat 500 more calories.
