Logging C25K

How do you guys log c25k? Especially in the earlier weeks, it's both walking *and running. Do you do separate entries for both, or average out?

    Run a GPS tracking app in the background (mapmyrun or runkeeper) you can link your accounts with these to MFP and the distance and time taken is transferred over and an approximate MPH calculated.

    If you're on an iPhone, I believe the C25K app will sync to MFP automatically; you just need to set it up.
