Hi Pals!
I am meeting a friend for lunch today at Pei Wei, a fresh chineese/vietnemese place close to work. I've gone once before and had these really yummy lettuce wraps, all it was was seasoned meats and veggies all in a lettuce leaf.. I decided to look up the calories and i was pretty shocked with the nutritional content.. im looking for advice from my Pals on what you would get! I have a vigorous work out planned tonight and will be burning between 600-1000 calories.. I will be going over a little bit somewhere in my diary with this meal depending on what I get (lettuce wraps are what I'd like to eat, unless someone see another healthy option?) But not in calories, it would be the sodium or fat that I would be going over.. check out my diary if you want to see exactly where i'm at. Thanks for the input!! :)

As long as you are under your calories, going over in sodium and fat will not make a difference.

Yeah just pick some lower calorie stuff. Those Vietnamese salad rolls look delicious, and only 550 calories.

if you are definitely going to be burning 600 to 1000 calories working out I wouldnt even concern myself with the calorie of the food. Thats a lot of exercise. Just choose what you like. Would think most of the meals there would fit under the 1000 calorie range.
