hey, i'm devin. i'm 23, 5'2 and currently weigh about 133 lbs trying to get down to 115ish. i have issues with my thyroid which caused me to go from 125 lbs in may to 138 lbs in august without changing my diet (tho i admit i was eating pretty crappily) after my august doctor appointment i got back on my thyroid meds and cut out fast food (with the exception of the occassional pizza) and lost an initial 5 pounds and then haven't lost any weight since .
i joined MFP a little over a week ago, and purchased a jawbone up24 to help me stay motivated and keep better track of my calories. i try to go to the gym at least 3 days a week and my net calorie goal is 1200 a day. my mom is my workout buddy and we also have dinner together to help keep eachother on track.
i'm trying to lose about 1lb a week.
