I've a niece that age and she loves everything I make from Skinnytaste.com. Her favourites from there are: Broccoli Macaroni & Cheese, Broccoli & Orzo & Baked Chicken Parmesan. I love them too and they don't taste ''skinny''.0

I just started making spaghetti squash. I'm italian and never thought I'd like it. We have substituted it for almost all the pasta. It's great and my kids love it too!0

burgers... You can do a lot with them. I have added green peppers, onion and mushroom or carrots and peas or celery, carrots and a little garlic. There are tons of combs. You can also switch up the meat or mix meats. I have mixed beef with chicken to slim it down. I have also made turkey burgers with celery, parsley, onion and just a little cranberry.0
