Lactose free yogurt that's low sugar/low carb?

I'm 4.5 months post op, having trouble with constipation. Just got back from the hospital actually, I was there 36 hours to make sure there was no blockage or other mechanical reason for the severe constipation.

My doc wants me to try Lactaid Milk which we bought on the way home. He wants me to buy lactose free yogurt. I couldn't find any that were low in carbs or sugar online or at wegmans.

I need one that's low in calories, fat, carbs, but is lactose free.

Do you know of any? My nutritionist says 15g of sugar or less is what to look for.
