Oolong kombucha?
I've recently made my first homemade batch of kombucha (from a green tea based kit I ordered online) and it turned out way better than I expected. I added in a blend of blueberries and raspberries (because that's what I had on hand) and the results have been delicious.
I'd like to make an oolong based brew next. Are any of you MFP'rs also kombucha brewers? I'd love to know what your go-to flavorings are!

I just started brewing my own a few weeks ago. My first batch which I'm drinking now is a tropical green/black tea brew with cherry juice added in 2nd fermentation. It's ok but I almost think I would like it without the cherry best. I may have let it ferment too long though. Next time I'm going to stop at day 5 and add my fruit instead of going a full 7 and see how it goes.
