Starting 30 Day Shred would like buddies

I did day one of level two last night for my first time (I had completed level one over 12 days, one day not being home at all to do it and another day I ended up at the gym). I have been enjoying it, but I really think I should try taking pictures. I'm thinking once I finish the 30D Shred I have her ripped program as well so I may give that a go depending on how I feel.
I've seen some great results from it though and I'd love to track one another's progress if at all possible. Feel free to friend me (:0 -

I've been meaning to start the 30 Day Shred and have been pushing it aside vowing to start soon. Doing it alongside others would be a perfect chance for me to get started and stick with it. Anyone please feel free to add me. I can always use the extra motivation.0

I love 30 DS!! I've been doing it for about a month and a half now and totally have lost inches in my stomach, arms and legs along with lbs. I started with level one and stayed on that for about 3 weeks, HA! then upped to level 2, I'm just about to go into level 3 now. Its perfect when you don't have time for a gym-- I also throw in a 30 minute walk at lunch about 3 times a week and my diet is on point. Stay with it, even if you get tired...do the modified versions if you need to. Quality, not quantity.0

do take pics....I have taken pics...only before I hope to see enough change that I can post after......I love going to the success stories daily keeps me motivated0

I would LOVE to try the 30 Day Shred.... but no DVDs..... I'm going to look for it on YouTube for right now and see how I can get it by our start date the 31st.
Please add me as a friend - I am definitely IN to start, and need all the support that I can get. Groups work great for me too.

I'm in!!! I was supposed to start (again) last Sunday ended up working my butt off in the yard and getting my lungs full of pollen!
So by Monday, I should be ready to take on the 30DS!! Add me if you like!! FYI: Measurements are crucial with this program. Just a tip0 -
I'm in! The elliptical and counting calories just isn't cutting it for me. I've been thinking about the 30 day shred for a week or so... love the idea of having others doing it at the same time!0

I was just thinking of starting it again too. :-) Also, I think I read that Jillian Michaels never meant it as 30 consecutive days, even though a lot of people do it that way. (Almost any workout, including running, shouldn't be done every single day.) Just an FYI for those who do it every other day. It's okay! Just do a different kind of exercise in the days in between.0

Count me in! Please add me if you are looking for a buddy or motivation....I got the go ahead from my dr last week to add exercise back! I am doing 1 day 30 day shred, 1 day workout #3 kickbox fast fix, 1 day 30 day shred, etc. My goal is 6 workouts per week! I am also deconditioned- haven't had a decent workout since August due to some autoimmune dizziness. Blecch. Anyways, I am very happy to be back at it and am also doing the Jillian michaels detox drink with cranberry, lemon, dandelion tea, and water. Drinking 1L per day. I am really trying to tone and be healthy, but if I lost these 8 pounds I'd be thrilled! I wish success to everybody....this DVD gets really great results and I will post before and after pics when I am done!0

Hi....I just finished my first complete 30 DS (not in 30 days, more like 7 weeks lol). BUT, I think I'll restart on Monday. Don't know how some of you people do it exercising every single day. I need to have breaks. My goal is 4-5 days a week. Good luck for everyone who is just starting out.....definitely a doable workout. Doesn't take too long and gives great results.0

1 week done wahoo! 4 pounds down, and a visible side by side difference in the belly pics. I tossed them up on my profile pics since my iphone would cooperate. Purple top is start, orange is 1 week! Hoping everybody is having success! Yesterday was break day, now week 2 alternating level 1 and kickboxing! Wahoo0
