Hello! I'm just getting back into fitness after a long absence caused by gallstones, getting laid off, and having a boyfriend who is probably the most unmotivated person I've ever met. These things converged into an extra 30lbs over the past 2 years, and I'm determined to reverse the damage.

My entire life has transformed for the better, so why not my body? I now have an awesome job that I love, I will have my BFA in May, and I have found the love of my life, so I'm plenty motivated!

I'm so out of shape, though, that so far I've mostly stuck with cardio and calorie tracking, with abs one or two days a week...at the moment, I don't have time for much else, but I wanted to get a jump start on May when I graduate and will have so much more free time.

Any suggestions on quick, small things which I can do on the fly? There's only one set of stairs at work, and it's dark and rather dangerous, so running up and down them a few times a day is out...but something along those lines?
