Hey Everyone, So I am new to the My Fitness Pal world, and I was looking for some help on how to calculate the fruit or veggies when you are juicing them? Is there a difference in calories when comparing the whole fruit and just the juice of it?? I am very confused and can use any advice or explanations.
Thanks
Brittney

Yes, because when you juice something you take out all the fiber and basically drain out the sugar to drink.0
