question about truvia

Hello everyone! So here is my deal. On the nutrition label of truvia it says that per serving it has 0 calories but has 3g of carbs due to erythritol, but since this has "zero" impact on blood sugar, they do not count it. I know I am being anal, but it screws with my macros. I like to bake with it and I can sometimes use 3 or more tablespoons which tend to add up in carbs but no calories. I am pretty sure that this is the reason that quest bars keep their calorie count low.

So my question is, should I count them? What do you guys/girls do?
