27 Year Old With Lap Band- Loving the Dr Oz diet

Hello,
I had a lapband placed back in 2006, I lost 90lbs on it, got down to my goal weight of 125lbs. But I got a new sit down job that provided free food, got married and had a baby, so I gained 27lbs back. I just started the Dr Oz 14 day lifestyle diet Monday because I had a severe addiction to carbs, sugar and just eating because I was bored. So I needed a mental reality check lol. I'm on day 4 now and my mind feels so clear! I don't have much of a appetite at all and I feel happier. Before I would work myself up about eating on time, it was getting ridiculous and my head felt really clouded. This diet is great, its simple and back to roots.. you eat as many low glycemic vegetables as possible, rice protein shake in the AM, a cup of lemon juice water, 1/2 cup of rice, 1 geek yoghurt and 6 oz of fish or chicken a day. I thought I was going to die on day 1 and 2. But at day 4, i'm over it and quite happy munching on vegetables all day. You basically eliminate dairy (except the 1 yogurt), carbs, artificial sweeteners, caffeine and sugar.. the things that make you fat. I total recommend it. I'd love to find some friends on here if anybody would like to join up with our weight loss.
