I've decided to actually commit to MFP and do this accordingly... I usually log in for a few months and go MIA for the a few. Love/hate relationship. So I'm looking to make new friends during this journey to give/gain support and motivate each other! Definitely feel free to add me. Let's make this the new Facebook without all the ridiculous status updates lol.
I recently just came back from San Francisco. Gained 5 lbs putting me at 140 lbs. I started IIFYM and have dropped 5 lbs within 2 weeks. My macros are 1413 calories - 108 Carbs/138 Protein/48 Fat. I'm looking to shed my layer of winter fat to reveal my muscles! Lol I know they're under there. I prefer weight lifting so I do that 4x per week and HIIT, stretching or yoga twice per week.
Goal weight is 125 lbs. I'm 4'9" and have a lot of leg muscle but I carry most of my fat in my stomach, inner thighs and lower back area. I also have hypothyroid... Lol which makes fitness even more difficult, definitely taking one day at a time.
