New Snowbird from South Dakota/Arizona

Hi all I am new here and am hoping that this site will help me stay on track. I have tried Weight Watchers and all I lost was my $39.00 a month. Tried Curves lost another $32.00 a month.. I like the ease of using the food and exercise diary, and I have already learned that I am not eating enough. I have 50 lbs to loose and I am nearly 65, and I am having some health issues related to being overweight. Any other over 60's here? How about any Snowbirds? Looking forward to sharing ideas and tips.
