Hi, I started my weight loss journey two weeks ago after going to the doctor and finding out I was 493 pounds! I am so determined to live for my little girls, I really have been going hard the last two weeks but I need support so that I stay on this path. I started out doing taebo basics and I have been feeling good ever since I started. I have not really been active since my high-school football days and I'm now 25. I have dropped 16 pounds so now I am at 477, I know that's the initial weight loss but I feel that I am serious and ready for this journey. I have been in denial. It's my time people.
