New to MFP

Hey so I'm been checking out the site for the last 5 days and decided that I really like it so I figured I might as well jump in. I'm really trying to make a total lifestyle change instead of just dieting. I've been eating better and better over the last year and I can honestly say that I have a healthy diet but I haven't been exercising regularly. Unfortunately I didn't lose any weight changing my diet but it's only been 5 days and I've already lost 2 lbs with exercise! So I'm feeling encouraged but I'm hoping you all will help me stay that way when the scale isn't cooperating so well! I'm really feeling optimistic this time and I think seeing everyone's progress on here has already helped!
