At my lowest weight, I was involved in a game with some friends. Thankfully due to my competitive nature and great support system, I was able to lose and track so much better than before. For 8 weeks we tracked not only our food journal/calorie intake , but also counting other stuff.

What we were doing a game we had adapted from something we had gotten from another website. Basically you would get points for things like:

1 pt for contacting a teammate (because communication and support is always key)
3 pts for 64 oz of water
3 pts stop eating before 9 PM
3 pts 2 servings of fruit
5 pts 3 vegetable
5 pts keep a daily food journal
5 pts for no sweets (6 days a week max - have your cheat day)
5 pts 30 minutes of cardio (5 days a week max)
5 pts 15 minutes of strength training OR 30 minutes of cardio (5 days a week max)
5 pts individual vice/weakness (own person problem)

Then, each week would equal up to 265 points max.
You'd also get 1 pt for every .1lbs lost and 5 points for maintaining your lowest weight.

Anyways, was curious to see if anyone would be interested in joining me for 8 weeks playing a game! :)

Sounds fun and supportive. I'm also competitive. I'm in, if men are welcome.

Hmmm, nope, this won't work for me. I happen to work odd hours and sleep odd hours. Time to stop eating doesn't matter to me, long as it's within a 24/hr period XD
Best of luck to your entrants, though! Sounds like fun.

I'll cheer from the sidelines! :flowerforyou:
