Hello, I started my diet/exercise program in January and have lost 34lbs... I am so excited but I still have about 15lbs to go. Problem now is I am having to work 2 jobs so my hours are 8 to 8 mon-frid and 10 hrs sat & sun. I miss my workout routine. Any ideas how to fit a workout in?

    Well depending on your job you could do exercises while there...
    Belly or butt tightening squeezes
    Leg lifts
    If you have a job on your feet there is walking in place
    Other than that try a waking a little early and squeezing in something.
    Going for a walk on your breaks.
    Riding a bike to work or walking if its close enough
    Go for a stroll after dinner
    Do sit ups or push ups before your shower
    Walk in place in your shower
    Make sure you eat right and get enough sleep as well
  • Thanks for the tips... I am up at 5:30 so I guess I could do 5:00 am and get in some pilates.... I do walk alot at the first job and I am doing alot of physical stuff on the second job... I just miss my classes and the team spirit :(
