Hello I'm Amber. I have been using my fitness pal to keep track of my weight only just plugging in the numbers bring my doctors visits occasionally I would Scan objects barcode to see its caloric value but now I have hit a plateau, ran smack into a wall. and I am stuck on my weight loss so now it's time to do just a little bit more I think. I have purchased an exercise bike which will soon be delivered since I cannot exercise normally as I am disabled I hope this will be enough to get me over the hump .
I was over 330 pounds when I had brain surgery last April. recovery is painful and since I had been told to lose weight I began really to watch every bend of my elbow carefully and as of my last doctors appointment weigh in I have lost 100 pounds.(. in less than a year. ) which was my biggest goal one I never thought I would make. But now my goal is to break 200 To weigh 199 pounds . And then the ultimate goal of dropping my weight to 150 and I will be ecstatically happy it 150 pounds.

Hi Amber,
Great job! I find this App fantastic at helping me drive towards my target and it was less difficult that I thought.
The changes I made was to put aside sweets and sugar (which was never really a problem for me) and reduce carbs (that required a lifestyle change). I do put in at least 1 hours of exercise a day.
These are the tips that have helped me:
1. Be fair with measurements (I tablespoon tends to be less than we think when tipping the bottle.
2. Try to stay within the calorie limit set by the myfitnesspal app.
3. Tinker your intakes and energy expenditure so that it relects ***in the medium term*** to the weight loss goals you set in myfitnesspal.
