I'm starting this challenge because i thought it was interesting that some of us on here are doing the 10 ib challenge...copy the following format:

    NUTRITION PLAN: Low Sodium (the site gives 2500 as a limit, I try and stay at 2000, hoping to go down to 1500). Zig Zagged calories (2 days at 1200, 1 day at 1600). Stay under the fat and carb goals MFP set for me.

    EXERCISE PLAN: P90X starting sometime next week (once I get it!) and training for a stair marathon in February

    Hi All Not sure how often were suppose to check in but I'm down to 240 lbs that's about 5 lbs since I last posted on 9/29!!! Hope everyone is doign well. My loosing may slow down a bit cause I'm no longer laid off. I just started back working this week and I'm trying to find a way to fit in they gym with school and work and homework ( I have a midterm and final coming up).
