6-pack abs? They are already there!

Increasing your workout intensity will not get those abs ripped...
What you really need to do is to lose that fat over your stomach which is hiding away your 6-pack abs!

Again this confirms the 70% diet / 30% exercise rule of thumb for getting a fit body.
Exercise will indeed tune up your muscles, but it's losing the extra fat with an healthy diet that will eventually make those muscles to pop-up

    Well said! I have done 100-500 sit-ups/crunches every day since I was in high school (10 yrs+). Wondered why my tummy wasn't awesome! Ilost 12 lbs and pop! What do ya know I have abs!

    I'd say it's more 95% diet and 5% training. Cardio is not required for a hard, low fat body. A spot on diet and combined with a structured strength training routine is whats required
