Just joining this now and plotting my 1st day yesterday --


seems pretty cool so far and I'm:smile: looking froward to connecting and helping each other achieve the goals. Me -- I am over 50 and not liking how my body feels -- pain and too many pounds on a relatively medium frame so hears to getting a move on and shacking life up a whole lot. My goals is HEALTH and if I achieve this I know I achieve weight loss.
