    Awesome, great achievement!

Listen to your body and to your trainer, because a day off is always needed to let your body rest, recuperate, rebuild, and avoid injuries.
If you get hurt or over trained, you will have to take several days off and that will off set your progress.:flowerforyou:

I do take time off. The weekend! However If i had a rough wekend with food I'll do a step class on Sunday..... I have to say i even scare myself at times.. all i can think about is working out, and what healthy food to eat... I guess this is what being in the zone!! 'feels good"

My friend who is a turbo kick instructor just told me the same thing yesterday, although we are states away and I don't take her class, she noticed that I have been working out 7 days a week and scolded me for not taking atleast one day off. I work out on weekdays and usually try to take it easy on Saturdays but put in a good 3-4 hours worth of hiking almost every Sunday.

LOL you can't get me to stop now, I get grumpy if I don't get to go for my daily jog.

Good luck, hopefully we both can learn to take a break once in awhile.

ha ha! Same here. It does get addicting. My trainer recently told me that I needed to take a day off between hard workouts. It's SO hard to do. I feel majorly guilty if I don't go work out. I do modifty my food intake on my day offs so I shouldn't worry but but but... :)
