I love rubs for extra flavor and fewer calories, this is a favorite in our house. We set one serving at 6oz.

2lb boneless pork loin roast, trimmed

RUB:
4 tsp "Gourmet Colletion" cajun style spice blend
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp lemon pepper
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 tbs grated parmesean cheese

Mix dry ingredients thoroughly and rub on top and sides of pork roast.
The longer you let them sit on the roast, the stronger the flavor although it tastes great rubbed on immediately before cooking as well.

Roast in preheated oven at 350 for approximately 20 minutes per pound or until internal temp is 160.
I cover mine with tin foil and roast for 1 hour, it comes out blushed, but fully cooked.

Serve with your favorite veggies and enjoy!

Not too bad at all ! I am going to have to enter the ingredients for my cajun blend ... see how much sodium it fares.
