I just added a 1 mile run to my regular Wednesday workout and I feel great! I challenge anybody who is working out today to do the same - add 10-15 minutes to your regular workout to get over the midweek slump!

Thanks for the challenge!! I worked out this morning, but I'd already been thinking of getting on the treadmill during Hell's Kitchen tonight. So, after reading your challenge, I believe I'll do just that. I'm sure it'll make me feel better after not feeling all that great all day today.0

ha! i was just thinking i should head out for a run today to get me motivated. it's been a busy, tiring week already and a run is just the cure for a fuzzy head.0

I was thinking about going for a run! I already ran yesterday.. but it's okay to run two days in a row, right?0
