Morning routine ideas?

Hi! I'm trying to have a better morning routine so I feel great all day. I've heard some different tips and wanted to know what you guys do. There are 2 days a week that I have to be at work by 7:15am, but the rest of the days thankfully I work later in the day. I have been drinking water as soon as I wake up and also try to get in a 3-30 minute walk outdoors (either around my block or further if I have time, and proper workout later some days). I then make a protein pancake, eggs with veggies, or green smoothie. Take a vitamin. I've read about having grapefruit first thing, apple cider vinegar mixed in water with a splash of pineapple juice and cayenne spice, and lemon water. Not sure if these are just hype. What do you guys do?
