Just Venting.

I've been stuck at 134 for 3 weeks. I know why, I've had a rough few weeks, it started with my birthday (too much cake) then a friend got really sick and I've been eating under my calories (or barely over), but I've been eating lots of sugar and not enough protein.



I know WHAT to do and I know WHY its not working, but I'm still grumpy, mostly at myself, that the scale (and the measuring tape) is stuck.


I guess I'm posting for some accountability over the next few days. I'm going to get my number of cookies down and my protein up.
