New.... AGAIN

=) I am re-committing to logging my food daily. I have been active off and on (mostly on) through the recent years and always have to watch my weight. This is the best site out there, lots of great extras other sites don't have. I really like being able to track my actual calories burns during workouts (with my heart rate monitor) and changing the burn on my activity log here. The food database is also huge, so I don't have to enter many custom foods.

So I want to log every day (even on not-so-good days!) for two months and see how much I lose. And then continue to log.... It doesn't take long so I don't know why I lose motivation. But I definitely don't "see" some of my calories if I don't log! LOL
