whats for dinner?

I didn't have much time to cook after work so my lovely other half made me a jacket potato a salmon fillet, salad and low fat soured cream with chives... Just under 600 cals all measured and weighed :) was lovely!

    I have no idea because we're going out tonight, but it will be something yummy and likely high calorie. But that's okay because I've only had about 400 calories so far today.

    I'm on my own tonight b/c the boys will be having pizza from a place that doesn't excite me, so I'm having tofu, roasted veggies, and soba noodles.
