Here's a funny question for the day...How many people have secretly worn their HRM's to see how many calories they burn during "extra curricular" activities but never actually post the results??

It's not steady state cardio for me, so an HRM would not be very accurate. :laugh:0

I didn't have an HRM, but my pedometer was still on me while I was "occupied" one day, "living it up while I was going down" in the words of Aerosmith, I can't remember how many calories it calculated but I know it was pretty cool to see what a workout it was
