I've never heard of that before. Are you sure it's your bladder and not your lower abs being sore from the workout?\

ETA - reread your title and it sounds like you're having discomfort when you pee?

The only time I've experienced something like that is if I drink too much soda and not enough water. Maybe you're dehydrated?

Does it sort of feel like a UTI? Pressure, discomfort, even a little burning? Is this the first time this has happened?

How do you know it is not a UTI?

There are things that can cause these symptoms after intense exercise. One is a disease I have. I can't do overly intense workouts because it can cause a flare which is pretty much irritation of the bladder and can feel like a UTI.

i've been drinking 1,5L of water everyday. Its not a uti because i've had on before and i know hoe it feels. It was just discomfort on the blader, like i needed to pee,but i doesnt hurt when i go to the bathroom or something like that.Yesterday i've done intense ab workout, might be that?i dont know. it never happened befor, and this week i started doing intense exercise and today this happened and im afraid that might be that,i dont know,but...its gonne now. it last 4/5h after woking up.

I would say keep a diary and record WHAT you do and if this happens again.

It could be a one time thing, but if not, at least you are already tracking it.
