Our weekly check in group is looking for new members. We are a group of folks that provide a lot of encouragement for each other and many of us check in each week on whatever we choose as our check in. Some folks do weight and measurements, others meal planning, or avoiding problem foods, you decide what you want to check in about. It's a great group and we welcome you to join us. Lots of weight has been lost and there are many successes here. It's about progress and not perfection.

Hi my name is Sara I would love to join the team and I am still not sure how all of this works but I am desperate to lose the belly fat around my midsection I have began my diet exactly one month ago I changed my eating habit some what I have been eating lots of veggies fruits natural raw almonds peanuts I am struggling with white bread although I have been eating wheat and rye I tend to cheat. I have began doing cardio three times a week different exercise i like to change up my weight has been fluctuating I drink plenty of water I walk everywhere to work four times a week I also take and pick up my kids to after school camp which is a pretty distance from home I also walk around at work I just dont get it when I first began my diet I weighed in at 152lbs I am now 150lbs i am only 5ft 1 inch my weddings in August and I would love to feel confident in the dress I bought that is way to small by the way I believe its a size 10 but it wont zip from my mid section and bust = (0
