I like short (hatha) type yoga workouts. That way I can fit them in, whenever. I can learn the terminology, etc. Video clips are from a site going out of business :sad: ....but great because they provide so much information .0 -

Not a DVD, but these are great videos and they're free. There are tons of beginner series on youtube, but Adriene is my personal favorite. I would check out the playlist for beginners, weight loss, and tips. And these aren't just 5 minutes. They can be up to 40 minutes, so they're full workouts.

PsycheTruth and Ali Kamenova also have some fantastic full length workouts (up to an hour) for beginners to advanced and Yoga Meltdown Level 1 is on BeFit which is a great one if you want to sweat! Hope this helps. It might not be DVD's, but they're still just as good and completely free. And who doesn't like something awesome for free?0
