10 week challenege ladies!?

Motivation is the key here. I've lost and gained weight over and over. The older I get the harder it is for me to lose it as fast. 3 years ago I dropped 20+ pounds over the course of a few months with clean eating and exercising daily. I need that motivation back. I would love to drop a significant amount of fat and gain lean muscle in the next 10 weeks... and it wouldn't hurt to actually feel good on the beach this summer.

    Number one. Clean eating. Number two. Exercise. Two of the main ingredients needed to transform your body into what you want it to look like. It takes 21 days to form a habit. If you can get through 21 days your in for the long hall. There will be good days and bad days. Days where you follow your calorie count to the T.. and days where you miss your workouts. Not everyone is perfect. It takes time and dedication to become a better you. You is the main thing. You will only change if you want to. That's it.
