14 Day Clean eating challenge

Hi everyone!

April 7th I am starting a FREE 2 week clean eating challenge in a closed Facebook group. Eating guide, meal plan, and exercise routine included if you need one. All that I ask is that you:

-Do a workout 5 or 6 times per week
-You EAT CLEAN six days a week. You get one cheat meal on your "OFF" day.
- Do Measurements and Weigh Ins on Day 1 and Day 14 to see your progress
-Complete challenges that will be posted a few days per week.
-Post Daily about your triumphs and/or failures.
